Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and such failure does not amount to a major failure.
If you have purchased Help! The Game and it is not of acceptable quality or does not match the description, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to: MMW, Unit 2, 2-6 Orion Road, Lane Cove, NSW, 2066, Australia. You must provide us with receipt, online tax invoice or proof of purchase (e.g. bank account or credit card statement).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, repair or replacement.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven't received a refund which has been approved by us, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as outlined above and we do not offer exchanges or refunds if you change your mind.
